AC Maintenance & Tune-Ups
A spring tune-up that cleans, checks and catches small problems before the first hot week.
Most AC breakdowns happen on the hottest days, when the system is working hardest. A spring tune-up is the easiest way to catch a weak part before it leaves you without cooling.
We clean and check the system, test the electrical parts and refrigerant, clear the drain line and make sure it's moving air the way it should.
We serve homes and businesses in Olive Hill and within 35 miles, including Grayson, Morehead, Ashland and Vanceburg.
Signs you need AC Maintenance

AC Maintenance FAQ
How often should my AC be serviced?
Once a year, ideally in spring before it gets hot. Heat pumps run all year, so they benefit from a check in spring and fall.
What can I do myself between tune-ups?
Change the filter regularly, keep grass, leaves and shrubs a couple of feet away from the outdoor unit, and make sure the indoor drain line isn't backing up.
“They were prompt to arrive same day and had us fixed back up in no time.” — Ashley L., Facebook recommendation
