1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of bucknershvacservice.com (the "site"), operated by Buckners HVAC Service LLC ("Buckners," "we," "us"). By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The content on this site is general information about heating, cooling and indoor air quality. It is not a diagnosis, a quote or a guarantee of any result. Every home and system is different, and the right repair or equipment depends on an in-person visit.

3. Quotes, estimates and work
Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a contract. Any repair, maintenance or installation is governed by the written estimate, invoice or contract for that job. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.
Product warranties come from the manufacturer and follow the manufacturer's terms, including care and installation requirements.
4. Contacting you
When you submit a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. You can ask us to stop at any time, and you can reply STOP to any text message.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Montgomery County, Kentucky.
