Furnace Installation & Replacement
New gas or electric furnaces sized to the house and installed to code.
If your furnace is getting old, needing repairs every winter or costing more to run, a replacement can make the house more comfortable and lower your heating bills.
We size the new furnace to your home, install it with proper venting and connections, and pair it with your air conditioner or a heat pump when that makes sense.
We serve homes and businesses in Olive Hill and within 35 miles, including Grayson, Morehead, Ashland and Vanceburg.

Furnace Installation FAQ
Should I replace my furnace and AC at the same time?
If both are near the same age, replacing them together usually makes sense because the indoor and outdoor parts are matched to work together. If one is much newer, we'll tell you whether it's worth keeping.
Gas furnace or heat pump?
It depends on what fuel you have, your power rates and how you like your heat. Many homes here do well with a heat pump, and some pair a heat pump with a gas furnace for backup.
